Subprocessors

1. About This List
ABY Platform LLC engages the third parties below to help deliver the ABY Yard Management System. Each is a subprocessor under our Data Protection Addendum: each is bound by a written agreement imposing data-protection obligations no less protective than our own, and each may process customer personal data only to provide the service described here.
All subprocessors listed below process data in the United States. Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States.

Google Analytics runs only if a visitor accepts non-essential cookies. With consent withheld or withdrawn, no analytics data is collected and no Google Analytics cookie is set.
3. Changes to This List
We will notify each customer administrator by email before adding or replacing a subprocessor, so customers have an opportunity to object as provided in the Data Protection Addendum. This page is the authoritative list and is updated whenever the roster changes.
